1. The Service
MIRRORISE is a software service that prepares drafts for your LinkedIn posts. It builds a digital twin (Voice DNA) from your answers and writing samples, writes drafts in that voice and pre-checks them against professional advertising rules.
MIRRORISE prepares drafts; it does not post, comment or take any other action on LinkedIn on your behalf. Posting, and its consequences, are your responsibility.
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
2. Account and Security
- You need an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
- Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised access.
- People under 18 may not create an account.
- One account is for one person’s voice; you may not let others use your account or resell it.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You use the service in line with applicable law.
- The information you provide is accurate and yours; you do not upload someone else’s writing as your own.
- You do not share information that identifies third parties such as patients or clients.
- You read every draft and check its accuracy before posting.
- Following the advertising, promotion and confidentiality rules of your profession is your obligation.
- You do not interfere technically with the service.
4. Plans, Free Trial and Drafts
- Current plans and prices are on the Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars.
- New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. You can create a limited number of drafts during the trial.
- Each plan includes a monthly draft allowance. Each new draft uses one; revisions of the same draft and compliance checks do not, within fair use. Unused drafts do not roll over.
- We may limit use that is automated or clearly beyond ordinary individual use.
5. Payment and Subscription
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Your card details are processed by Paddle; MIRRORISE does not store them.
- Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout based on your country.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect in the next period.
- We announce price changes by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not accept a change you can cancel your subscription.
6. Refund Policy
- If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, we refund it in full on request. This applies to the first payment of both monthly and yearly plans.
- Send refund requests to partner@mirrorise.com or use the link in the receipt Paddle sends you.
- Approved refunds usually reach your payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Renewal payments and unused time are not refunded; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period.
- Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
7. Intellectual Property
- The software, design and brand belong to MIRRORISE.
- Your answers and writing samples are yours. You may use the drafts prepared for you as you wish.
- We do not use your content to train AI models. To improve the service we use only aggregate usage statistics that contain no personal data.
8. AI and the Compliance Check
- Drafts are generated by AI and may contain errors. You must read and verify every draft before posting.
- The compliance check is an AI-assisted pre-check. It is not legal advice and gives no guarantee that a phrase follows the rules or will be found acceptable by any authority.
- Legal and professional responsibility for what you post is yours.
- Your digital twin is used only for your own drafts.
9. Third-Party Services
To provide the service we rely on Anthropic (AI), Paddle (payments), Render (hosting), Resend (email) and, if you choose them, Google and LinkedIn (sign-in). We are not responsible for disruptions caused by outages or changes in these services. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
10. Personal Data
We process your personal data in line with KVKK and GDPR. See the Privacy Policy for details.
11. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. MIRRORISE:
- does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation;
- does not guarantee that drafts are accurate, follow professional rules or produce any particular result (reach, engagement, clients);
- is not responsible for the consequences of what you post.
MIRRORISE’s total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 12 months or 100 US dollars, whichever is greater. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. When an account is closed:
- your subscription is cancelled and does not renew;
- your data is deleted according to the periods in the Privacy Policy;
- your rights to download your data and to have it deleted remain.
13. Executive Service
Executive is a separate service in which a writer prepares your drafts. Its scope and fee are set in a quote made for you, it is governed by a separate agreement and it is invoiced in TL in Türkiye. Sections 5 and 6 of these terms, on payment and refunds, do not apply to the Executive service.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Consumers keep their right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their place of residence.
